Additional Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Also featured in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the land.

Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight process.
